Throughout his career, he has been involved in all aspects of establishing and servicing these plans, working closely with financial advisors to create optimal retirement solutions for business owner clients. His expertise encompasses both mutual fund and group annuity retirement plan vendors, focusing on maximizing tax deductions and enhancing retirement savings for business owners.
Judd graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and a minor in economic management. He resides in Bexley, Ohio, with his wife and three children.
Dana Szekeres brings over 25 years of service industry experience as Chief Strategy and Relationship Officer at The Pension Design Group. Since joining PDG in 2012, Dana has been instrumental in the company's growth, evolving from her initial position as a receptionist. Her expertise lies in fostering strong relationships and leveraging industry resources to create value for the company's clients and partners. Dana is passionate about helping partners build optimal retirement plans tailored to their goals and objectives.
A Columbus, Ohio, resident, she has found her true home professionally and personally. Dana cherishes time with family outside of work and enjoys horseback riding on her farm.
Jackie Tarr-Jones, our Chief Financial Officer, brings over 25 years of retirement plan industry expertise to The Pension Design Group. A Kent State University graduate with a bachelor's in business administration, Jackie joined the retirement planning field in 1996 and has been with PDG since 2003.
Jackie’s commitment to excellence is evident in her credentials: she became a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) in 2018 and earned her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) certification that same year. Jackie's leadership and expertise continue to drive PDG's success.
Rebecca L. Zubovic, our Chief Compliance and Administration Officer, brings over 30 years of expertise to The Pension Design Group. A Wright State University graduate with a BS in accounting, Rebecca's experience spans corporate accounting, financial aid accounting, and Defined Contribution plans.
